What just happened? Corsair has joined forces with one of gaming’s largest franchises to launch a comprehensive new collaboration. The PC hardware giant announced an exclusive multi-year, cross-brand partnership with Call of Duty that will introduce themed products across various categories.
The partnership begins with the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on October 25 and includes multiple Call of Duty titles. Corsair’s diverse sub-brands, such as Elgato, SCUF Gaming, Origin PC, and Drop, will participate by offering branded peripherals and systems.
According to Corsair founder and CEO Andy Paul, the collaboration provides a “perfect fit” to deliver a comprehensive, immersive Call of Duty experience across PC, console, and mobile platforms.
Leading the initiative is Corsair’s streaming brand Elgato, offering software tools to capture and control streams, along with other products specifically designed for sharing Call of Duty gameplay. Corsair has already teased a sleek Cerberus-themed black and orange Elgato Stream Deck in a promotional render. The Stream Deck is a live content creation controller (not to be confused with the Steam Deck handheld, of course).
For players seeking a high-performance gaming experience, Origin PC’s pre-built desktops and laptops are optimized for the annual Call of Duty releases. The same render showcased an aggressively designed Origin rig with BO6 branding.
For enthusiasts who prefer building their own PCs, Drop will offer themed mechanical keyboards, headsets, and other peripherals. The teased image revealed a blacked-out keyboard featuring a hint of orange.
Rounding out the lineup, SCUF Gaming, known for its custom controllers, is developing gamepads tailored for Call of Duty’s fast-paced action. The preview displayed a bold orange and black Cerberus-themed pad. The only thing missing from the product suite is a branded display.
The partnership will make its full debut at TwitchCon in San Diego from September 20-22. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience the BO6 gear firsthand at Corsair’s booth. There will also be sign-up opportunities for product giveaways and streaming sessions.
While Corsair x Call of Duty crossover isn’t entirely new – last year Activision collaborated with SteelSeries on Modern Warfare 3 keycaps – this multi-brand partnership with one of PC gaming’s leading hardware makers brings integration to a new level.
