The production studio shared on this week that a season two is on the way and already in production. The anime, which is based on the manga by Ryoko Kui, follows a group of impoverished adventurers who end up eating monsters during their quest to rescue their friend from the stomach of a dragon. It’s one of the most unexpectedly delightful series I’ve watched recently, boasting some truly top-tier examples of mouthwatering anime food, despite the questionable ingredients.
Delicious in Dungeon is produced by the Japanese animation studio, Trigger, Inc. The first season featured a 24-episode run with weekly releases, and it’s now fully available for binge-watching. The final episode was released on Thursday. Just be sure to watch it on a full stomach!
