Next-generation call screening feature now available on Pixel phones

“Enhance Your Pixel Phone Experience with Next-Gen Call Screening and More Exciting Features”
Google has unveiled a game-changing update for some Pixel phones, introducing next-gen call screening with the clever addition of a Hello button. This innovative feature allows Google Assistant to step in and interact with incoming calls on your behalf, giving you the power to decide whether to engage in the conversation or dismiss it at your leisure.
The Hello button revolutionizes the call screening process, providing users with ultimate control over when to initiate the screening. You can even ask the caller to hold on for a moment if you’re unable to answer immediately. Furthermore, you can listen to the real-time responses from the caller and decide whether or not to connect with them.
This update is exclusive to the Pixel Fold and Pixel 6 phones and newer models, as part of Google’s March features drop for Pixel devices. In addition to the advanced call screening feature, Pixel phones can now share 10-bit HDR videos directly to Instagram without any additional processing, similar to recent advancements made by Samsung.
Moreover, the features drop also includes the expansion of the company’s search tool to Pixel 7 smartphones, enabling users to search for items simply by drawing a circle around them—an upgrade previously available only to Pixel 8 and Galaxy S24 users.
Stay ahead of the curve with these cutting-edge updates and make the most of your Pixel phone’s capabilities!
